If you’ll be near Bozeman, Montana next weekend, the Bozeman Ice Festival will be held next Thursday through Sunday (December 10th-13th). The event, presented by Arc’teryx, will have gear demos, slide shows, ice climbing clinics (including women-specific clinics).
The festival will also be hosting the world premiere of The Continuum Project and a local premiere of Waypoint Namibia. In addition, on Saturday there will be an open class ice climbing competition. On Sunday, there will be a raffle and product giveaway with gear from the festival’s many sponsors.

The festival is organized by the Montana Alpine Guides, which has offered climbing instruction to climbers of all levels for over 10 years. Be there next weekend to kick off the ice climbing season!
