Readers best winter photos

REX Title

Since winter is on its way out, we decided to run one more winter themed t-shirt giveaway. As usual, the competition was fierce, but we managed to whittle down the list to the top 10 and then picked our favorite.

The Winner:

Theresa Stewart is getting a shirt this week with this beauty of a photo. No mention of where this was in the email she sent, but it’s certainly a gorgeous spot.

Runners up:

Alexis Hancock – Creston, BC Canada.

Carey Sanchez – “Mills Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park…it was about 25 below wind chill that day….very fun!  Loved it!”

Elizabeth Bailey – Yosemite National Park

Kristen Slauter – “This is my husband & daughter snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park.”

Sara Godwin – “Hallett Peak, as seen from Dream Lake – Rocky Mountain National Park”

Scott Stephani – “This was taken in 2010, just outside Baltimore, MD. I’ve entitled the picture 500 ft from 95, because it is literally about that far from one of the busiest roads in North America. You can hear the hum of the cars, but still find a some solitude within this small patch of woods.”

Stephen Tucker – “Zion Canyon, UTAH (1 week ago) on a 42 mile backpacking trip”
