We’ve made quite a few laps of the showroom floor already, and have already found some exciting and innovative products for the Fall 2010 season. Here’s a quick roundup of a few of our favorites.
Camelbak
The popular hydration company is expanding their line of packs with their All Mountain Freeride line. The Pitboss (men) and Roulette (women) are ski/snowboard packs are designed for backcountry pursuits and has quite a few nice features like glove-friendly zipper pulls, fully insulated hydration bladder and a tri-zip design allows for easy access to larger items like shovels.
Merrell
Continuing and expanding their line of apparel, Merrell has introduced an exciting new jacket that is perfect for the traveler. The lightly insulated jacket has a surprise within the design. The patent-pending design utilizes a small internal zippered pocket that allows you to stuff the jacket inside to create a travel pillow.
So far we’ve noticed quite a bit of trends already. One of the really popular items at this OR is snowshoes. There are quite a few companies showcasing lots of different style snowshoes and we hope to test a few in the coming months (before the snow melts, of course!).
