Outdoor activities through Yosemite Association

Even though it’s winter, there are still plenty of things to do around Yosemite, and the Yosemite Association makes it easy for you. January through March of 2010 they will be offering a wide variety of activities from guided snowshoeing treks to winter photography classes.

There is something for all skill, age, and activity levels, and classes range from one to three days in length with a size of anywhere from 10-20 people. View the full calendar of activities for 2010 on the Yosemite Association’s website.

Although it is not required to be a YA member to register for classes, members do receive a 15% discount on activities. In addition, YA is hoping to offer more private guided tours in the future–for detailed questions about activities you can reach the YA at 209-379-2321, ext. 17.
