Once agin, you guys have blown us away. This week we had even more entries–it’s pretty obvious that these contests are getting quite popular. It was a tough call, but we managed to pick a winner this week.

Carrie-Ann Hancock’s waterproof notebook. “We were doing some walks along a river channel near Burwash Landing, Yukon, Canada (Kluane National Park) and I thought I would show off my waterproof notebook that I use.”
From Melody Webb. She says, “One of my favorite places to backpack and get away from it all is in a small State Park in NE Minnesota. Hike in to one of the sites furthest in and you are away from it all. What a wonderful way to rejuvenate from the everyday tensions and stress. This year was the dogs first year, she is a natural and carried in all her own supplies!”
